Shipping and Delivery

We ship to multiple countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be specified at checkout. Customers will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of their orders.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without incurring any charges.

Returns and Refunds: Given the customized nature of our wallpaper products, returns are only accepted if the product is delivered damaged or with defects. As colors and patterns are customized to individual specifications, discrepancies in color perception or pattern alignment cannot serve as a basis for return.

Should you receive a damaged product, please contact us at contact@lelisia.com within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence of the damage. Upon verification, we will arrange for a return and process a full refund or replacement.

Limitation of Liability
