General

Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain an accurate inventory of stocks, but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will contact you to find out if you would prefer to wait for the item to be restocked or if you would like a refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. Shipping costs will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping costs on your order.

Shipping Time

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days following the payment of the order.

We allow a period of 24 hours so that the delivery address can be changed.

For any order placed with Lelisia.com, the maximum shipping duration is 5 business days. Orders are often sent before 5 business days. However, delivery can take up to 3 weeks during this disrupted period.

It is important to note the difference between shipping and delivery. Indeed, delivery corresponds to the act of transporting items and ensuring their delivery to a destination address. While shipping corresponds to the action of sending the items from an order.

For this reason, exceptionally, the delivery duration can go up to 3 weeks (2 business days of order processing, 5 business days of shipping, and 2 weeks of delivery).

These are the exceptional total deadlines, but Lelisia.com wishes to communicate them to you to avoid any source of inconvenience. If once the 3-week delivery deadline has passed, you can make a refund request.

Therefore, if you have received your order confirmation email 3 weeks ago or more, please either respond to the order confirmation email or send us an email at contact@lelisia.com

And so that your email is processed as quickly as possible, we advise you to put the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used during your order
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Date of your order


If you send us an email at contact@lelisia.com, we also advise you to put as the subject of the email "Delivery delay" followed by your order number.

Example: "Delivery delay - Order 9856"

The Lelisia.com customer service team will respond within 24 business hours by email to process your situation.

 

Change of Delivery Address

For requests to change the delivery address, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Once the sending is done, we will no longer be able to make a change of address.

Shipping to P.O. Box

Lelisia.com will only ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to find out if you would prefer to wait for the item to be restocked or if you would prefer a refund.

Exceeded Delivery Time

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us at the email address at contact@lelisia.com so that we can address your inquiry.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you find that your package was damaged in transit, please if possible, refuse the package at the end of delivery and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without you being present, please contact the dedicated customer service at the email "contact@lelisia.com".

Sales Tax

The sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on Lelisia.com at the time of your order.

Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Lelisia.com encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Lelisia.com at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you receive your order from Lelisia.com, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

Insurance

Parcels are insured for damage and loss up to the value as declared by the shipper. The loss is acknowledged in the case where the postal service confirms the loss. A delivery confirmed by postal services will be considered valid. Indeed, Lelisia.com has experienced too many cases of unfortunately dishonest customers reporting not having received deliveries to rely solely on the customer's word.

Process for Parcels Damaged During Transit

We will proceed with a refund or replacement according to the Return and Refund Policy.

Process for Parcels Lost in Transit

In the event that the postal service confirms a loss in transit, Lelisia.com will do its utmost to satisfy you by resending the items of your order at its expense.
